

Dr. Toni Lehman

Dr. Toni Lehman brings nearly 30 years of experience in public education as a teacher, administrator, and district-level leader, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic, social, and emotional growth. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Scranton, a Master’s degree in School Administration from Rowan University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Walden University. She also holds an Applied Educational Neuroscience Certification from Butler University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Dr. Lehman is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Lehman teaches master’s-level Educational Leadership courses at Grand Canyon University, psychology and social science courses at Atlantic Cape Community College, and works with pre-service teachers at Stockton University. Dr. Lehman specializes in family therapy, addiction counseling, and school-based mental health, supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and professionals across a wide range of life experiences and challenges, including anxiety, identity development, and career-related transitions. Her approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and integrates systems-based and trauma-informed perspectives to support individuals and families through life transitions, educational stressors, recovery, and personal growth.
