
Intensive In-Community Behavioral Assistance
Behavioral Assistants (BAs) work directly with a therapist and care manager supporting youths, their family members, and other caregivers by implementing interventions on their unique treatment plan and individualized in-home therapy goals. BAs also work with the family/caregivers to provide effective support and enhance the youths' successful functioning in all the important life areas: home, school, and the community.

Tina Baez
BA - Bilingual
Tina received her Bachelor’s Degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Fifteen years’ experience working with children and adults with a wide variety of issues such as: severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring, ADHD, developmentally delayed, dear/hearing loss and learning disabilities, as well as career counseling. Tina has worked with families connected to the Juvenile Justice System, DDD, Division of Child Protection and Permanency, Commission of the Blind, and NJ Department of Education for the Deaf and HOH. She is an established liaison with community resources such as Medicaid, Welfare, and Social Security. Tina is fluent in Spanish and knowledgeable of American Sign Language.
Stephanie Fego
BA
Stephanie has been a Behavioral Assistant for more than five years, but has roughly ten years of experience working with children when combined with her career as an elementary school teacher. Stephanie chose to become a BA and join Bridge after working with some of the therapists and seeing how patient, caring, and compassionate they were with their clients. She has experience working with children with attention issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. Stephanie plans to continue her education in the future to become a Licensed Professional Counselor and take on more of a clinical role when working with children and their families.
Diana Madrid
BA - Bilingual
Diana Madrid has always enjoyed working with youths and being a supportive presence in their lives. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Stockton University and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Rutgers University. Diana has experience providing in-home support to children and adolescents with autism and attention issues, focusing on creating a comfortable and engaging environment. She is bilingual in Spanish, which allows her to better connect with diverse families. Diana loves getting to know each youth, building trust, and helping them grow in ways that feel natural and encouraging. Her goal is to leave a meaningful impact and help every child she works with to feel seen, supported, and capable.
Erica Budd

Erica graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She has had the privilege of gaining experience in a wide variety of mental health modalities including complex trauma, depression, mood disorders, suicide prevention, and substance use disorders. Her passion lies in empowering youths to navigate life’s hurdles and reach their full potential. Through a combination of empathy, understanding, and advocacy, she strives to create a safe and supportive environment where young individuals can thrive. Erica is passionate about working together to build a brighter future for all youths!
Tania Flores-Bethea
BA - Bilingual
Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with a minor in Sociology from Rutgers University. During her undergraduate studies, she actively participated in educational environments, offering supplementary classroom support to elementary school students. This experience significantly contributed to her professional growth, leading to over three years of dedicated service as a Behavioral Assistant. Additionally, Tania's commitment to working with youths extends beyond her formal BA role, encompassing more than seven years of experience with children and adolescents. Presently, Tania teaches Spanish at the elementary school level, showcasing a strong dedication to educating young learners and supporting students with various developmental and mental health conditions, including attention disorders, obsessions and compulsions, trauma, autism, oppositional defiance, anxiety, and depression. Tania is motivated by a deep-seated desire to foster positive outcomes in the lives of young individuals and strives to create impactful and meaningful interactions, and her academic and professional backgrounds are further enriched by her bilingual proficiency.
Tadris Parker

With over 12 years of experience working closely with youths and their families, Tadris has devoted his career to supporting personal growth through structure, empathy, and inspiration. Tadris is passionate about assisting young people with skills and strategies to improve their own development and performance. As a certified Behavioral Assistant, he marries this passion with community-based sessions, where he helps young people build emotional resilience, positive behaviors, and confidence in themselves and their abilities. In addition to his work as a BA, Tadris has spent more than a decade coaching individuals in mindset and fitness through a wellness platform he founded which has helped people of all ages adopt healthier lifestyles and overcome personal challenges. Known by many as “Coach Tadris,” he is recognized for his ability to connect authentically with youth, motivate lasting change, and partner with families to create supportive home environments.
Kemoy Downer

As a teacher with over 23 years of experience in the classroom, Kemoy have been instrumental in guiding, mentoring, understanding, and assisting youths in honing and embodying their skills and talents, and to develop into well rounded members of society. As certified Behavioral Assistant, Kemoy enjoys utilizing her skills and expertise in nurturing young people of all ages and stages of development through games, inspirational skill building, and social and emotional learning activities. Kemoy values every opportunity where she can marry her wealth of experience with nurturing youths and young adults.
Shana Harris

Shana Harris is a dedicated behavioral assistant with over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. With a Bachelor's degree from Kean University and a deep passion for supporting youth, she has focused her career on helping children with autism and various behavioral challenges. Shana is dedicated to cultivating self-confidence and a positive self-image in the young people she works with. Her relatable and engaging personality allows her to build strong connections with children, making them feel comfortable and understood. She believes in the power of rapport to create a safe and supportive environment for growth. With experience in both community settings and school systems, Shana actively collaborates with care managers to ensure that families receive comprehensive and effective care. Her approach emphasizes building social skills, reducing stress, and strengthening communication abilities, ultimately aiming to enhance the overall well-being of the children she serves. Shana’s dedication and expertise make her a valuable asset in the behavioral health field.
Will Swartz

I have been a Behavioral Assistant with Bridge Counseling Services, LLC since the opening of their Northfield Office. I graduated from The George Washington University with my Bachelor’s Degree in both Psychology and Sociology in 2021. I have experience working with a variety of youths from 5 to 20 years old. In addition, I also have experience working with youth that have autism, ADHD, and social anxieties. I plan to further my education with the goal of eventually becoming a Therapist for Bridge Counseling.
