Outpatient Therapists offer all-inclusive mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our office based services include individual, couple/marriage, and family counseling offered in our comfortable and welcoming office.
Our specialties include but are not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Substance Abuse, Mood/Bipolar Disorders, Anger, LGBTQ+ Issues, Gender Dysphoria, Child/Parent Conflict, Martial Issues, Pre-Marital Counseling, Grief/Loss, Trauma, and Sexual Disorders, etc.
Some of our therapists also provide court ordered mental health, substance abuse, and/or VA disability evaluations.

Joe obtained both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Joe has experience working with clients that have ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and oppositional defiant disorder.

Rosa Allen

Rosa is a bilingual, dually licensed social worker with over 14 years of experience in the field. She earned her Master’s from Rutgers University. Rosa has experience in working with children and families with mental health, behavioral needs. Among these needs, children who have been diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss as well as developmental delays. Rosa also has experience working with the adolescent and adult substance abuse/ co-occurring disorder population. Rosa takes an integrated, strengths-based, and collaborative approach in working with youth and their families by incorporating various evidence-based practices such as, Solution Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Wrap-Around.

Treasure is a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience and training in the field. Treasure obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Nigeria-Nsukka, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers - The State University. Treasure’s experience includes working with victims of violence, children, adolescents, and families. Treasure uses a strength-based and collaborative approach and is versed in various therapeutic modalities. Treasure holds certifications in Violence Against Women (VAWC), Adolescent Advocacy, School Social Work, and ARC-GROW.

Paul has been working as an Intensive In-Community therapist for over three years with Bridge. Paul has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey. Paul enjoys working together with his clients to understand the nuances of the struggles they face in their daily lives. Paul has been working primarily with attention disorders, oppositional behaviors, and clients living with autism. Mr. Paul, as his client's call him, a left-over moniker from the many hats he has worn throughout his career, works to find client's personal motivations, insight, and empathy in order fill their "tool box" with the skills they need to cope, adapt, and grow in their lives.

My main goal is to empower clients to learn healthy coping skills to embrace life’s challenges and gain valuable insight of themselves. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology in December 2018 from Stockton University as well as my Masters in Counseling from Stockton University in May 2021. I received my License of Professional Counseling in September of 2023 after practicing for two years as a Licensed Associate Counselor. I have experience with working with clients who struggle with substance use, trauma, grief, and many emotional challenges such as anxiety and depression. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time on the beach and being outdoors, trying new food, and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to working with you.

Danielle Acito

Starting in 2016, Danielle has been practicing therapy in such diverse settings, including correctional facilities, county clinics, residential substance abuse treatment centers, and outpatient agencies. Danielle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner. Danielle integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Christian Counseling (if requested) with compassion when working with teens, adults, couples, and families, to address issues ranging from anxiety, grief, aging and life transitions, stress management, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Brandie Cesari

Brandie holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work as well as a Master’s Degree in Education and currently works full-time with teenagers as a high school teacher. Before Brandie’s transition into social work, she was a television news reporter and is an award-winning journalist. She spent time as an embedded reporter with our military troops overseas. Her time in the Middle East took her to Baghdad, the Syrian border of Iraq, and to Kuwait; she saw just how family separation that comes with serving in the military impacts the family unit. She also has experience working with hospice, bereavement, and older adults. She and her husband have biological and adopted children and personal experience with parenting challenges associated with raising children with special needs and multiple disabilities. She understands the complexities of family dynamics, the stress of a career and everyday life, and has experience working with adults and children living with childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, and autism. Brandie enjoys working with children and families in crisis, survivors of trauma, divorce, separation, foster care, teenage depression, and more. She believes in providing a safe compassionate non-judgmental space for healing and growth.

Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified and a Clinical Trauma Professional. She is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor for counselors and interns seeking supervision toward their LCADC/CADC. Crystal is passionate about a creating a nonjudgmental and comfortable space to be able to treat the whole person. Crystal has 10 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders, as well as aiding their families and loved ones through the process. Throughout individual, couples, and/or family sessions, Crystal strives to provide a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, heal through their traumas, and utilize the self-reflection in order to move forward. Crystal takes a psychodynamic and holistic approach to those clients she works with. She holds dual license in the State of NJ as a Professional Counselor and Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor. She volunteers to assist the county and state as a Disaster Response Crisis Counselor. Samantha is trained in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She provides services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. Samantha specializes in working with individuals with co-occurring disorders and severe and persistent mental illness. She is a Clinical Trauma Professional and is concerned with improving intervention to support trauma recovery for better emotional, physical and relationship health.

Leslie is a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed clinical drug and alcohol counselor with over 19 years of experience working with various populations in the field of Social Work. Dr. Joseph Adams

Dr. Joe Adams graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling, and a Doctorate in Psychology. Dr. Adams is dually specialized in providing care for mental health and related issues as well as addiction care as a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on mental health at Stockton, and went on to complete his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling there as well. Allan has enjoyed working with clients presenting with mental health and/or substance abuse needs since 2020. Allan works with his clients using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Allan has experience working with clients individually who have been diagnosed with depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, grief, transitions and new life situations, substance use disorders, and trauma. Allan also has experience facilitating groups for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Allan is passionate about assisting clients to achieve the maximum level of psychological, social, and physical wellness possible no matter their circumstances through strengths-based strategies.

We also have psychiatric providers who works very closely in conjunction with our therapists, as appropriate. Our psychiatric providers only work with patients who are currently engaging in treatment with one of our therapists and utilize minimally-invasive, progressive, evidence-based medication approaches.
