Emily

is a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field.  A graduate of Rutgers University, Emily is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and incorporates a holistic, client-centered approach in her work. She is also proficient in faith-based counseling for individuals who desire spiritual integration in their therapeutic journey.  Emily has worked with both adolescents and adults across a range of clinical settings. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, as well as other mental health challenges. Through the use of evidence-based interventions and compassionate care, she helps clients uncover the root causes of their struggles and develop personalized strategies for long-term healing.  Emily understands the powerful connection between the body and mind, how chronic stress or emotional pain can affect physical health, and how physical health concerns can, in turn, impact emotional well-being. Her approach includes stress-management techniques, emotional regulation strategies, and practical tools that empower individuals to build resilience and improve their quality of life.  At the heart of Emily’s work is a belief in hope and transformation. Her sessions are designed to support growth, encourage self-discovery, and help clients cultivate a more balanced, meaningful life.
