Jacqui is a bilingual clinical social worker in the state of New Jersey. She obtained her master’s degree in social work from Stockton University in 2017. She has more than 20 years of experience working with children with behavioral and mental health issues in an institutional setting and an in-home environment. She has extensive experience providing individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as conducting psychoeducational classes for individuals with drug and alcohol related issues. Jacqui provides a warm, compassionate and safe environment in which individuals can learn coping skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, generational and complex trauma, attachment issues and low self-esteem. She practices a psychodynamic and person-centered approach while providing cognitive behavioral and solution focused strategies to assist individuals achieve a fulfilling life and a sense of balance. She has the following certifications: Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP), Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), Certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD).
