With over 25 years of experience in special education, Randi Gupton has dedicated her career to supporting students with disabilities and empowering their families. She earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Stockton University and has spent more than two decades as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities, fostering academic growth, independence, and confidence in the students she serves. As a certified Behavioral Assistant, Randi brings a compassionate, student-centered approach to her work. She specializes in implementing individualized behavioral strategies, promoting positive behavior supports, and collaborating closely with families, educators, and support teams to create meaningful and lasting progress. Randi is passionate about utilizing evidence-based practices to help each youth reach their fullest potential, both academically and socially.
