Will Swartz is a Behavioral Assistant who has been with Bridge Counseling Services since the opening of its Northfield office. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from The George Washington University in 2021. Will has experience working with youth ranging from early childhood through young adulthood and has supported individuals with autism, ADHD, and social anxiety. He is dedicated to helping young people build confidence, improve coping skills, and navigate challenges in their daily lives. Will values forming strong therapeutic relationships and plans to continue his education with the goal of becoming a therapist and expanding his role in supporting children and families.
