Karissa Fego is a Licensed Associate Counselor who earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and Special Education before completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With approximately six years of experience in the mental health field, she has worked extensively with children experiencing autism, anxiety, attention difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges. Karissa also gained experience through an internship in an intensive outpatient program serving adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She enjoys working collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families of all ages to create positive change, strengthen relationships, and achieve treatment goals.
